Delivery & Pickup Service Information

Our standard delivery fee includes both delivery and pickup of your rental equipment.

🚫 We currently do not deliver more than 40 miles or approximately 1.5 hours from our warehouse.

To provide efficient service throughout the Twin Cities, delivery minimums apply.

✔️ $250 minimum rental order for delivery

☀️ Peak Season (May–September)

✔️ $350 minimum rental order for delivery

Orders below the delivery minimum are welcome through our convenient warehouse pickup option.

🏡 Standard residential delivery is curbside or garage delivery.

Setup & Takedown Pricing

🪑 Chairs — $2 per chair

🪟 Tables — $3 per table

🎀 Chair Covers, Chair Sashes & Table Linens — $2 each

⛺ Tent setup and takedown are included with all tent rentals.

Deliveries and pickups are scheduled between:

🕗 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

We'll work with you to schedule a delivery window that best fits your event whenever possible.

To help ensure a smooth delivery and pickup experience, please review the following guidelines.

🚚 Before Delivery

Please:

✔️ Ensure the setup area is clean, accessible, and free of vehicles, furniture, debris, and pet waste.

✔️ Notify us of any stairs, elevators, long walking distances, or special access requirements before your delivery.

✔️ Be available by phone during your scheduled delivery window or provide detailed delivery instructions in advance.

🏡 You do not need to be home for residential deliveries. As long as we have clear instructions and a safe location, we'll deliver your rentals curbside or in your garage.

Our Three Sisters Event Rentals delivery team will return between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM on your scheduled pickup day.

To help us provide a timely pickup, please:

✔️ Remove all food, decorations, trash, and personal belongings from rental items.

✔️ Stack all tables and chairs neatly.

✔️ Place all rental items in your driveway or another pre-approved pickup location before our team arrives.

✔️ You do not need to be home for pickup. Simply leave the rentals in a safe, accessible location.

⛺ If we installed your tent, our team will professionally dismantle and remove it. Please do not attempt to take down company-installed tents yourself.

⚠️ Additional cleaning, replacement, retrieval, or labor fees may apply for excessively dirty, damaged, missing, or inaccessible rental items.

Thank you for helping us keep deliveries and pickups running smoothly so we can continue providing exceptional service to every customer.

Spend $750 or more on your rentals and delivery is on us, anywhere in our service area. Between $450 and $750, you enjoy half-price delivery.

Pickup orders:

✔️ Must be scheduled in advance

✔️ Cannot be placed online

✔️ Must be requested through our Estimate Request Form or by phone

 There is no delivery fee on a pickup order, so we have a perk for you instead — six table linens at no additional charge on pickup orders over $450, and twelve plus chair covers over $750. 

You will always get whichever is worth more to you, but the two are not combined. If you have a SHARE25 code and your order also qualifies, we apply the better one.
