For an open house where guests come and go, a 10x20 pop-up tent covers the food table and a seating area, which is our Sophomore package. To get your whole party under cover, a 20x20 high-peak tent seats about 36 guests at a time, and a 20x20 paired with a 10x20 pop-up handles about 60. Tell us your guest count and we will size it for you.

A good rule for an open house is seating for about half your invited guests, since people arrive and leave through the afternoon, plus two or three tables for food, gifts and photos. Our packages are already built that way: 8 six-foot tables and 48 white plastic folding chairs in the Freshman and Sophomore packages, and 10 tables and 60 chairs in the Senior package.

Yes, throughout the metro up to 40 miles from our warehouse, including Minneapolis, St. Paul, Blaine, Andover, Coon Rapids, Brooklyn Park, Champlin and Maple Grove. Delivery is half price with the Sophomore package and on any order over $450, and complimentary with Junior and Senior and on any order over $750. You can also pick up from our warehouse by appointment.

Our tents are limited and June weekends go first. Most families book three to six weeks ahead. For a party between May 15 and June 30, request an estimate before ordering online so we can confirm availability for your date.

Our crew installs and takes down every tent. Table and chair setup is included with the Senior package and with orders over $875, and it can be added to any other package for a fee based on your order.

Our tents are built for Minnesota weather and our crew installs them properly. If severe weather is forecast, we will talk through your options before the delivery date. This is the best reason to have a tent in your package rather than hoping for sun.
